Digital Printing - In addition to sewn appliqué and screen printing, we also can take care of your digital printing needs. In this process you can take almost any kind of artwork or image and put it onto a banner or flag. Our state of the art digital printing technology makes images on seamless banners and flags up to 50" wide by any length. Wider flags and banners can be seamed together normally. The results are a beautiful vivid image that''s very durable. On cloth flags and banners the process produces a soft and supple hand. digital flags and banners are made with the image reading correct on the front side only, two sides may be sewn back to back for a double sided flag or banner. We are your Custom Flag and Banner Specialist. Whether you have artwork on disk or just have a general idea of what you are interested in, our art department personnel are happy to help bring any ideas you may have to completion. For smaller quantities we appliqué (cut & sewn material onto background color), for larger quantities we screen print and we use our new state of the art Four Color Processing or Digital Printing. We can reproduce your art or image onto fabric through the use of spot color screen printing, acid dye printing, halftones, metallic colors, or a combination of these processes.
