We are your Custom Flag and Banner Specialist. Whether you have artwork on disk or just have a general idea of what you are interested in, our art department personnel are happy to help bring any ideas you may have to completion. For smaller quantities we appliqué (cut & sewn material onto background color), for larger quantities we screen print and we use our new state of the art Four Color Processing or Digital Printing. We can reproduce your art or image onto fabric through the use of spot color screen printing, acid dye printing, halftones, metallic colors, or a combination of these processes.

We here at the company provide all our customers with a wide range and variety of materials to make your products the best around. We stock and carry a broad spectrum of materials and substrates for any and all the products we make and sell to you the public, our customers. This offer to you allows us great flexibility for any fabrication issue that may arise in the course of getting your product ready for you. Some of the added products include Flexible Substrates. Those of which include vinyl, polyethylene, nylon, and mesh. We also carry rigid substrates that include sintra, styrene, coroplast, gatorboard and foamcore, aluminum, mdo plywood, masonite and showcard. We also carry a small line of specialty fabrics for your needs as well. Those include sunbrella, satin, polyester, canvas and lastly, knit polyester. We would like to add that most of our materials are offered as flame retardent.

A keen sense of customer needs helped AAA Flag and Banner grow from a one-man operation into a thriving chain of outdoor-graphic outlets with more than 200 employees. And when wide-format digital printers first emerged to support outdoor applications like the ones AAA Flag produced, the company immediately saw potential benefits for its customers in the new machines. After careful study of the available equipment, AAA Flag became one of the earliest screen shops to adopt digital-printing technology, first launching itself into digital production with electrostatic printer Graphic electrostatic printers, and soon after, superwide solvent-based inkjets. He says that with the advent of wide format, photo houses seem to be stepping into the arena, but he doesn''t feel threatened.
